ESTUDIO COLOR, S.A. 2. Personal Data Processed
The personal data collected may be received directly and personally at the facilities of ESTUDIO COLOR, S.A. de C.V., through electronic means or by alternative means and sources that the law considers feasible and within the due.

That is why, regardless of the type of system that is used in the facilities that have video surveillance systems implemented, it will observe the obligations in terms of data protection (principles of legality, loyalty, proportionality, quality, responsibility, purpose, the duties of confidentiality and security, among others) and, specifically, those related to the principle of information and the privacy notice.
Processing of personal data from video - surveillance
Personal data in video surveillance are obtained through images taken by cameras, there are two types of video surveillance:
1.- The one that is done in real time, without recordings in between, and 2.- The one that saves the images on devices.
Taking into consideration that those images that identify individuals or make them identifiable constitute personal data and that the processing of personal data entails any activity that is carried out in relation to them, including obtaining, use, disclosure, storage, access, management , use, transfer and disposition of personal data, is that Video surveillance implies a processing of personal data of those people whose image is, among other activities, obtained, stored, consulted or transferred.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
In accordance with the provisions of article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, we inform you that your personal data is shared within and outside the country with the following people, companies, organizations and authorities other than us , for the following purposes:

6. ARCO Rightsv
